Day 7 - Working through side effects - if you can call them that.
Okay, so to be honest, I have never felt better! Not sure what is going, but the only side effect I seem to have is more energy and a positive outlook. What upset me last week, is still upsetting, but not crippling.
Sunday was the SAN Red Ribbon Gala. I was up a 7am (after going to bed at 12:30am) ready to get the day started. Lots of energy to keep the day moving. I was on my feet from 7am until about 2:30am Monday morning. LONG ASS DAY...but felt great! Yeah, Im paying the price for it....body aches and am very tired, but still feel the 'energy' in my system.
I'll continue to monitor myself and see how I react in certain situations, like my Board Meetings that sometimes get heated. I will take the high road as usual, but probably with more grace.
Will keep you posted on anything new.
